CompareQA series are DC-DC converters for IGBT drivers. The ultra low isolation capacitance can improve the capability of anti-interference. The built-in common-ground mode of the unique asymmetric voltage output mode reduces the driver loss of IGBT driver. It features short-circuit protection, auto-recovery and can be widely used in:
