Description

The IR2104 is specifically designed to drive both the high-side and low-side transistors in a half-bridge circuit. It features independent high-side and low-side outputs, which are used to control the switching of the transistors. The high-side driver is powered via a bootstrap capacitor, allowing the IC to drive the high-side N-channel MOSFET/IGBT up to 600V.
