Description

The H11F1 optocoupler consists of an infrared light-emitting diode (LED) on the input side and a photo FET on the output side. When the LED is forward biased, it emits infrared light, which is detected by the photo FET. This causes the photo FET to conduct, allowing the signal to pass from input to output while maintaining electrical isolation between the two sides.
