The 74LS74 is a TTL logic IC that contains two D-type positive edge-triggered flip-flops. Each flip-flop in the IC is capable of storing one bit of data and is triggered by the positive edge of the clock signal. This IC is commonly used for data storage, timing applications, and as a building block for sequential logic circuits.
