Description

The 74F74 is a dual D-type positive edge-triggered flip-flop IC. It consists of two independent flip-flops, each with a data (D) input, clock (CP) input, set (SD), and reset (RD) inputs. Data is transferred to the Q output on the rising edge of the clock signal. Both flip-flops feature asynchronous set and reset inputs, allowing for immediate output changes independent of the clock.

Features

  • Dual D-type positive edge-triggered flip-flops
  • Independent set and reset inputs for each flip-flop
  • Rising edge clock triggering
  • TTL-compatible inputs and outputs
  • High-speed performance with typical propagation delay of 4.5 ns
  • Standard DIP-14 package for easy through-hole mounting
