Description

The MOC8102 consists of an infrared LED on the input side and a phototransistor on the output side. When current passes through the LED, it emits light that activates the phototransistor. This allows current to flow from the collector to the emitter of the phototransistor, enabling the transfer of the input signal to the output while maintaining electrical isolation.
