Description

The CD4093 is a versatile digital logic IC designed to perform NAND operations on two input signals, with the added benefit of Schmitt Trigger inputs. The Schmitt Trigger feature allows the gates to operate with better noise immunity and provide cleaner output signals in response to noisy or slowly changing input signals. Each 2-input NAND gate outputs a high signal (1) except when both inputs are high.
